archivemail software package provides archive and compress or delete your old email, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install archivemail
archivemail is installed in your system.
Make ensure the archivemail package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep archivemail *
You will get with archivemail package name, version, architecture and description in a table
